Modification of the sorption ability of the plants component of the bioplato regarding 137Cs

Abstract: The effect of UV-C irradiation on the growth processes of the plant component of the bioplat has been studied. A comparative study of the effectiveness of cleaning the aqueous medium from radiocaesium ions by sugar maize plants that were irradiated with UV-C in various doses has been carried out. The influence of the growing density of plants of planting peas on the degree of purification of the aqueous medium from 137Cs ions has been shown.
