The Nuclear Physics and Atomic Energy is guided in its work by the Ethics Code of the Scientist of Ukraine and by the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). In case if plagiarism is revealed in the process of article’s consideration, the article is rejected. In case if plagiarism is found later in already published article, it is withdrawn from publications with corresponding information on the NPAE site. Each case is considered by the Editotial Board individually, and if explanations of authors will be recognized as unsatisfactory, manuscripts of any co-authors of articles with revealed plagiarism will not be accepted for consideration during up to next two years.

Журнал «Ядерна фізика та енергетика» в своїй роботі керується "Етичним кодексом ученого України" та рекомендаціями міжнародного Комітету по публікаційний етиці (Committee on Publication Ethics, COPE). У випадку виявлення плагіату в процесі розгляду, стаття відхиляється. Опубліковані статті, в яких було виявлено плагіат пізніше, відкликаються із публікацій, інформація про що розміщується на сайті журналу. Кожен випадок розглядається редакційною колегією індивідуально, і якщо пояснення авторів будуть визнані редколегією незадовільними, рукописи будь-кого із співавторів статей, в яких було знайдено плагіат, можуть не прийматися до розгляду впродовж до двох наступних років.
